Nestled in the middle of Lompoc near the famous Wine Ghetto is another must-go destination for wine enthusiasts.  Midtown Wineries in Lompoc is a cluster of six renowned wineries within a few blocks' radius. Home to acclaimed wineries, community-based production facilities and several stand-alone tasting rooms- Midtown is a stop you can't pass up during your stay in Lompoc.

Here's some information on each of the wineries that you need to know for your visit to Midtown.

Brewer-Clifton

Where: 329 North F Street, Lompoc, CA 93436

Chosen as Wine Spectator's #8 wine of 2014, Brewer-Clifton produces Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Sta. Rita Hills vineyards.

Open for tastings by appointment only, Brewer-Clifton crafts wines in limited quantities that are doled out on a first come first serve basis.

Liquid Farm

Where: 1225 W. laurel Ave Units 1-8 Lompoc, CA

Sip on Chardonnay that is reminiscent of old-world European flavors that have been crafted right in Lompoc's backyard.

The tasting room is open every Saturday from 11am-5 or by appointment only the rest of the week. To make an appointment call at least 24 to 48 hours before your preferred appointment date.

Longoria Wines

Where: 415 E. Chestnut Avenue, Lompoc, CA 93436

One of Lompoc's most respected wineries, Longoria has been a part of the famous wine scene here since 1982.

The tasting room is open daily from 11 am to 4:30 pm to sample Longoria's artisanal wines - Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Red Wine Blends and more.

Turiya Wines

Where: 321 North D Street, Lompoc, CA 93436

This small-scale winemaker specializes in red wines, namely Bordeaux that have been crafted from the best crops available.

Tasting experiences of these high-quality Red Blends, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Malbec, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Petite Sirah and Sangiovese are by appointment only.

Lompoc Wine Factory

Where: 321 North D Street, Lompoc, CA 93436

One of the largest community-based production facilities, the Lompoc Wine Factory is your one-stop place to try several different craft wines all in one convenient location.
