Judy Carmichael is one of the world’s leading interpreters of stride and swing piano, whose talents have taken her all over the world, from Carnegie Hall to the Guggenheim Museum in Venice, Italy. Her high-energy program is a romp through the Great American Songbook.
Chumash Day at La Purisima Mission
June 14
Visit the Tule Village as it comes to life with activities and stories from a Chumash Native. Experience the blending of traditional Chumash Indian and Colonial Spanish culture.

West Coast Cub Fly-In

Come out to the Lompoc Airport for this fun family-friendly event. It is celebrated across the nation as one of the top fly-ins for historic aircraft, with many vintage places participating every year!
Mission Life Days at La Purisima Mission
July 23
Join La Purisima Mission docents and staff and observe and participate in the craft activities that supplied the needs of the mission residents. Activities may include tortilla making, candle making, soap making, spinning and weaving, carpentry, pottery, and blacksmithing.
Sta Rita Hills Wine and Fire
August 18-21
The Sta. Rita Hills Wine Alliance for the Wine and Fire event.
Mountain Men
Aug 26-27
Buckskin clad members of the American Mountain Men share history and skills. Cooking, hide preparation and tanning, leather working, rope making, and blacksmithing are among the skills that visitors may experience. Equipment will be on display and tall tales will surround the campfire.
