Lompoc Valentine’s Package offers Skydiving and Hotel Adventure

Adventurous couples are invited to take romance to new heights and try something new with a sky diving adventure for two in Lompoc.

Explore Lompoc is teaming up with Sky Dive Santa Barbara to offer great savings on a hotel and skydiving package during the month of February. The “Jump & Dream Valentine’s Package” starts as low as $393 for two people, and includes two tandem jumps from 13,000 feet plus one night’s accommodation, with breakfast.

Skydivers will enjoy unparalleled views of the Pacific Ocean, mountains, and vineyards below on the Central Coast. Before or after the scheduled jump, participants can explore all that Lompoc has to offer from the ground such as wine tasting, a tour of La Purisima Mission, the colorful murals in Old Town, and other local attractions.

Located at Lompoc Airport, Sky Dive Santa Barbara is a premier destination for skydiving, offering tandem jumps from 8,500, 13,000 and 18,000 feet. Tandem sky diving is considered the safest way to try a first jump, during which skydivers experience the thrilling sensation of a 120 mph freefall, while fully secured in a tandem harness controlled by a professionally trained instructor.

Three hotels are participating in the package: Lompoc Valley Inn & Suites ($393 plus tax), Holiday Inn Express Lompoc ($437 plus tax), and Embassy Suites by Hilton Lompoc (from $457 plus tax). The package is valid February 1-28, 2017.
