The Lompoc Museum presents the final event in a 12-part series commemorating the 100 Year Anniversary of the End of World War I.

About the Program: The Lompoc Museum invites you to the twelfth and final installment in its monthly series commemorating the 100 Year Anniversary of the End of World War I. While previous programs have focused on specific and diverse topics (see below), this final program will address the long-term affects of the war and the role it played in shaping our modern society.
About the Presenter: SYVHS History Teacher Chris Mullin will present a program on the lasting impact of the war and how it shaped our modern society. Topics will include the war’s effect on modern warfare, gender roles in society, and the US role on the world stage, among others. There will be an opportunity for Question and Comment and/or Discussion with the audience. Chris Mullin is a knowledgeable and enthusiastic teacher well-loved by his students. He has won many accolades, including California Teacher of the Year.
