Discover how traditional steam distillation transforms freshly harvested lavender into essential oil and hydrosol. The demonstration will run throughout the day, giving visitors the opportunity to stop by, see the process in action, and learn more about what happens to lavender after harvest.
Pop-In Clam Shell Decoupage Class — $10 per Shell
Get creative and make a decorative decoupage clam shell to take home! This casual, pop-in activity is open throughout Farm Day, so visitors can stop by whenever they’re ready to create.
Spend a beautiful September day on the farm, learn something new, make something fun, and enjoy the scenic Santa Rita Hills countryside!
