You won’t want to miss this one! You’re invited to join us on Saturday, March 14th, for an exclusive Tap Takeover and Pairing Dinner featuring our neighbors from Figueroa Mountain Brewing Co.
We’ve curated a massive 3-course menu specifically designed to highlight the iconic craft beers of the Central Coast. From beer-infused BBQ sauces to our custom Bananamisu, every bite has a perfect pour to match.
THE MENU:
Welcome Bite: Bacon Wrapped Ancho Shrimp Kabobs
Paired with your choice of Agua Santa, Imperial, or Salt and Lime.
Course #1: Pineapple Marinated Pork Sliders (featuring a custom beer-reduction sauce)
Paired with Pineapple IPA.
Course #2 : Dave’s Smoked BBQ Platter featuring Smoked Tri-Tip, Baby Back Pork Ribs, Pulled Chicken, Jalapeño & Cheddar Sausage, and Dave’s Baked Beans. Accompanied by Red Rose Potato Salad, Mac & Cheese (with beer-infused cheese sauce), and Corn Muffins with Honey Beer Butter.
Paired with Dave’s Red Lager.
Dessert : Bananamisu — Dave’s signature Banana Tiramisu creation.
