The first vineyard in the US to be certified as 100% sustainable, certified organic and biodynamic, Ampelos Cellars uses both Old World and New World wine-making techniques to produce Pinot Noirs, Syrahs, Grenache, Viognier and Rose of Syrah from grapes grown in their Sta. Rita Hills vineyards.
